Satisfaction

Within the last 3 days I spent most of my time in this tiny kitchen. Alhamdullillah I was endowed with miraculous power and unbelievable within an ample of time , I am able to complete my mission thoroughly (wah terror nye hehehe) . I just could not imagine that I managed to make three fabulous food in one day (angkatbakul sendiri).For breakfast, I cooked chicken curry which we need to eat with kelupis, then for lunch I prepared Mee Hongkong meanwhile for dinner I prepared chicken satay with kuah kacang. (caya lah....)

Yesterday, after preparing for our lunch, i.e honey grill chicken, mixed vegetables and rojak malaysia ( sori....no picture terlupa....) I proceeded with my last project that is baking kuih lapis (Lapis Prune) Actually, I only make this type of cake during the festival time but thinking of my son will not celebrating his Hari Raya with us, so I suggested to bekal for him.

Then late in the evening we went to Muttrah Souq because Qayyum wanted to look for souvenirs to bring along. Suprisingly the weather is getting pretty well where we can feel the sea-breeze blowing towards us. We did not go further inside the souq since it is almost maghrib ,furthermore the kids wanted to have papperoni pizza at Papa John's.

Early tomorrow morning Qayyum will be leaving us again for another one year. Bye...bye Abang we will miss you..... Hopefully we will be able to see you on your graduation day and don't forget to produce us with your coloured papers. (hehehe apa nok kata daddy ya bang tapai-tapai)
