While the kids have gone to school , so I started to think of going back to the gym. At least by doing this it helps me to shed down the unwanted excess fat. Besides that, my cholesterol has suddenly overshoot from the actual range that I supposed to have. This must be due to consuming too many seafoods during my returning back to Malaysia.
On the first day, after sending the children to school , I immediately drove to Lynn place and went to the health club which is just nearby to her house. First we started with a light workout and at the same time we have a chit-chat, chit-chat by promising to do it consistently. (mudahan-mudahan lah) Today, we did a little bit harsh, walking on the thread-mill for half an hour then we continued with the abs exercise and weight lifting. Could not do much since it is only our second day. Takut kalau buat terlalu drastic esok tak nak datang lagi .... sakit. Actually it is very interesting if you have partners to go with because it built up the mood while doing the exercise. We managed to stay there for about one hour . After completing with our stretching and push up, push down we decided to make a move coz needed to complete with the run here and there with our housework.
By next week, we promised to have last two days workout before the Ramadhan month. Insya Allah.
